Latvia North Western Army: 1919 (6 Aug.) envelope registered to Riga franked by Aug 1919 overprinted imperforate blocks of four, 1k. yellow and 2k. green with marginal 1r. orange vermilion and deep brown on brown, registration cachet at lower left and reverse with Riga c.d.s.
