The Manx International Exhibition of Industry, Science and Art, Douglas, 1892, medals (2), in thinly gilt copper, 56mm, kneeling figure presenting gifts to helmeted standing figure holding trident and supporting shield bearing triskelion, representations of industry etc. in background, rev. dolphins supporting open scroll inscr. awarded to, with names M.&A. Quayle engraved below (Q.137; K.64), and in lead, 32mm, Tower of Refuge, rev. the Laxey Wheel (Q.136; K.63), Q.137 nearly extremely fine but with edge knocks, scratches above names and other slight damage; Q.136 good fine or better but with edge knocks, pierced for suspension, lacquered (2) Estimate £ 80-100
