Montenegro 1943 Appointment of National Administration Committee, Postage 25c. to 5 lire and Air 50c. to 10 lire, the set of ten in unmounted mint blocks of four, the high values are from the upper left corner, [1-2/6-7], and the Air 50c. and 1 lira show overprint error "Verwaltungsausscuuss" [8]; the 10 lire has a fingerprint on the gum side of the upper left stamp.
