Luxembourg 1855 (17 Dec.) entire front and reverse (no upper and lower flaps) "via France" to London, bearing 1852-58 imperf 10c. black strips of four (2), both with clear to large margins, each cancelled and tied with oval of nine bars, showing Luxembourg c.d.s., French entry c.d.s. in red, boxed "pd" and London Paid c.d.s. (19 Dec.) in orange and, on reverse, various French transit c.d.s.; one stamp in reach strip creased through being affixed partially over the reverse of the cover, and small part of the address re-instated though an extremely rare double rate franking
