x Orange Free State Postal Stationery "Brief Kaart" An enlarged De La Rue surface-printed proof of the Coat-of-Arms and Flags as used on the postcards, etc., struck in orange on surfaced card (160x110mm.) marked "Brass block" at foot and dated "28 sep 83"; the piece with traces of having some albino impressions at right, and with some slight surface rubbing.
