x New South Wales Covers and Cancellations 1856 (22 Jan.) entire from Sydney "p Ellenborough" registered to England, bearing 1853 (May) 8d. orange-yellow with good to very large margins showing portion of adjoining stamp at foot, placed sideways and indistinctly cancelled and with large h.s. "3" and London Paid c.d.s. in red alongside, the reverse with step-type "ship letter/plymouth" and three c.d.s. on reverse. A fine and rare stamp used alone on cover. Photo Estimate £ 500-600
