India Used Abroad iran: 1873 (5 July) envelope ex the Revd. J. Allington correspondence from Jask 2via Southampton" to England, bearing 2a. and 4a. sharing manuscript "Jask July 5th. 1873" and each clearly cancelled "309" in diamond of bars applied in transit at Muscat, the reverse with Muscat (18/7), Bombay (2/7) and Spilsby (27/8) d.s.; the envelope with a few small faults though a very rare Jask Post Office forerunner.
