x Victoria Covers and Cancellations 1870 (21 Feb.) envelope (flap missing) to Glasgow, bearing New South Wales 1863-69 2d. blue strip of three indistinctly cancelled, in combination with Laureated 2d. pale lilac strip of three (one defective) tied by clear barred numeral "80", showing "balranald/n.s.w." c.d.s. and, on reverse, Swan Hill, Melbourne and arrival datestamps.
