Victoria 1890-1900 extensive study of the Reading 1d. from the various plates, showing plate flaws, watermark varieties, papers, shades etc., comprising "browns" (90 mint, 599 used and 128 fiscally used), "reds" (42 mint, 90 used and 27 fiscally used) and olive (18 mint, 19 used and 16 fiscally used).
