Victoria 1885 (Feb.-Nov.) overprinted "stamp duty" Watermark V over crown (V2) 3d. yellow-orange pair tied by barred numeral "386" on 1886 (5 Oct.) envelope to England, showing "drummond/victoria" despatch c.d.s. with, on reverse, "up train/victoria", Melbourne and arrival datestamps; the envelope a little soiled and with part of flap missing.
