Victoria 1885 (Feb.-Nov.) overprinted "stamp duty" Watermark V over crown (V1) 2/- ultramarine on green used with Naish 1885 1/2d., 1d. and 4d., all tied by "1" obliterator on 1886 (14 May) Pfaff, Pinschof & Co. envelope registered to Germany, showing "registered/melbourne" oval d.s., boxed "r" and, on reverse, arrival c.d.s.
