VINCENT 1885-93 Watermark Crown CA, perf. 14 Covers 1889 (22 June) "Winch Brothers" envelope registered to Colchester, bearing 4d. purple-brown and 6d. violet, both tied by "A10" obliterator, showing "R" in oval with Kingstown and London (7.7) datestamps in red; the envelope with some age stains which also affect the adhesives.
