"One/Penny" with thin bar on 6d. green used with 1882-83 surcharge set of three in pairs ("half penny" reading down) and 1883-86 1/2d. and 1d., all cancelled "A07" and tied on 1888 (1 Nov.) envelope (faults and repairs) registered to Antigua, showing "R" in oval in red alongside Dominica c.d.s. and, on reverse, large part arrival c.d.s.
