xZululand 1888 overprinted on Natal 1/2d. green With stop after "zululand" Variety overprint omitted, the centre stamp in a vertical marginal strip of three with plate number, very lightly mounted mint; the lower stamp with faint gum bend ,otherwise fresh and fine. Rare. R.P.S. Certificate (2000) states "centre stamp with faint, angled overprint" as do all the vertical pairs or strips with this variety. Sc. 12d; S.G. 12d, £5,500+. Photo Estimate £ 2,500-3,000
