Surcharges, first printing with bars 11/4mm. apart, 1c. on 10c. dull blue lower left corner plate number block of eighteen (6x3), one showing variety "cnet", and 2c. on 12c. purple lower left corner plate number block of forty-eight (6x8) with the lower two rows showing variety thick narrower "t" in "two", unused with large part original gum; some foxing though generally of good to fine appearance.
