xBRITISH POST OFFICES ABROAD Porto Rico Arroyo 1877 (26 May) blue envelope to France, bearing 11/2d. lake-red Pl. 3 and 4d. vermilion Pl. 15 wing-margin strip of three (the right stamp defective), all crisply cancelled by "F83" obliterators, showing fine "arroyo/porto-rico" c.d.s. with red London Paid and Calais entry datestamps; the 11/2d. with small faults due to just overlapping top of envelope.
