(S.5611; St.p.158), good very fine / nearly extremely fine, an outstanding example, and a very rare variety Estimate £ 800-900Although the normal 1669 Merk is perhaps the commonest of all first coinage issues, the variety with no reverse stops is very rare in any condition.
