Hong Kong 1880 5c. and 10c. Surcharges 5c. on 8c. bright orange, variety surcharge double, with wing margin at left and with part of the (Shanghai) barred oval obliterator which leaves the variety clear; creased corner perforation top right corner and a few slightly short perforations at right and a small thinned patch. Nevertheless a delightful example of this error, the only example with wing margin or with the variety uncancelled. S.G. 23b, £17,000.
