Wei Hai Wei Chinese Labour Corps Special Envelopes 1918 (Feb.) opened-out reply half of the special red band envelope (first printing) bearing Junk 1c. (3), 3c. (4) and 5c. (3) tied by Shantung Province c.d.s. with Yangsin, Tsinan and Woting transit c.d.s. with registration handstamp. Received at the Chinese Post Office in Wei-Hai-Wei and passed to the British Post Office in Port Edward and forwarded to No.77 Company in France.
