Wei Hai Wei The Trans-Siberian Route 1903 (12 June) opened-out envelope addressed to Switzerland "Via Port Arthur & Moscow" bearing, on the reverse, a vertical pair of C.I.P. 1c. tied by type 8 "liu kung tau/wei hai wei" c.d.s. in blue, the front with Russian Kitai 2k., 3k. and 5k. tied by Chefoo c.d.s. with a second strike alongside, the reverse also with Chefoo bilingual and arrival c.d.s.; some light tone spotting, a colourful combination.
