Argonaut envelope addressed to Basel bearing C.I.P. 10c. tied by a good strike of double-circle "weihaiwei" dater with French "Chine" 25c. alongside just tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s.; the reverse with the ship´s name, Shanghai bilingual and arrival c.d.s.
