Wei Hai Wei British Postal Agency Liu Kung Tau 1903 (3 Sep.) picture post card addressed to London bearing Q.V. 2c. green tied by a good strike of the type B c.d.s. and Victoria, Hong Kong transit c.d.s.; underpaid (the rate was 4c.) and bears a fine strike of small "T" in circle with London Foreign Branch 1d. tax handstamp alongside; fine and a scarce tax mark.
