Wei Hai Wei Courier Post 1898 1898 (22 Dec.) neat envelope addressed to Chester bearing 2c. black on red with C.I.P. 10c. green tied by a single strike of Chefoo Dollar chop, Hong Kong 10c. purple on red alongside tied by a light strike of Shanghai c.d.s.; the reverse with Shanghai Dollar chop, Altringham arrival c.d.s. and manuscript "Posted at Wei-hai-wei on Dec. 15/98.
