China Foreign Post Offices Italian Post Office Naval Mail elba: 1900 (29 Oct.) chromo-litho picture post card showing Chinese domestic scene sent from Shanhaikwan to London bearing King Umberto 10c. claret tied by a weak strike of "r.nave elba" c.d.s., a second strike alongside with London arrival. Rare, it is thought that there are only five covers recorded.
