China 1938-41 Sun Yat Sen, Chung Hwa 5c. green in an imperforate plate proof block of forty from the lower left corner with imprint block of thirty. The block shows the vertical guidelines in the bottom margin for the alignment of the comb perforating machine and was removed prior to production of the issued stamps.
