Armah AE (5), one 3.22g., king seated right on chair, crowned and holding staff with cross, Ge´ez legend ngs ´rmH "King Armah", sometimes with symbol (pellet or triangle behind neck, pellet by chin), rev. cross, centre inlaid with gold, framed by two wheat stalks, Ge´ez legend fsH lykn l´Hzb "Let there be joy to the people" (AC 153; H 72a), good fine to very fine (5) Estimate £ 80-100One heavier than any specimen recorded in AC, but P 367 and BMC 576 are heavier still at 3.40g. and 3.54g. respectively
