Barbados 1855 (10 Feb,) entire letter to U.S.A., bearing 1855-58 1d. pale blue placed sideways and lightly cancelled, showing superb "steamship/10" handstamp tying the adhesive and an equally fine Crowned Circle "paid/at/barbadoes" handstamp and manuscript "4" in red alongside, the reverse showing code "1", Barbados, St. Kitts and Kingston, Jamaica c.d.s.; two filing creases clear of the adhesive.
