Definitive Issue Official card sheet (246x402mm.) bearing reprints of the 1938-40 set of fifteen marked "existing colours" and final proofs of the new issue set of fifteen in near issued colours and marked "proposed new colours", all hand-perforated and trimmed with scissors, the card signed at foot by R. Nesbitt Hawes, Director-General, Posts and Telegraphs Burma; the card with some creases at top well clear of the stamps.
