BURMA World War II Postal History 1944 (Nov.)-46 (Feb.) correspondence of Capt. Q.M. Peter D. Hartland-Swann to his parents in England written during his voyage out to the far east, later via India to his service in Burma, a 10 month tour of southern India and his eventual return home, 110 letters, nearly all aerogrammes, showing a variety of mainly Indian Experimental or Field Post Office datestamps, eighteen written whilst in Burma with only one showing British F.P.O. 190 c.d.s.; also some notes by the writer on his time in Burma.
