BURMA World War II Postal History 1941-42 covers from Great Britain to Burma, comprising 1941 to Rangoon sent a week before Rangoon suffered it's first air raid, showing framed "no service/return to sender" cachet, 1942 and 1943 both by airmail, offloaded at Calcutta, censored and forwarded to agents of the addressee, and 1942 (Jan.) much-travelled envelope to a private at Alexander Barracks, Maymyo with a variety of handstamps on face and reverse; also 1941 envelopes (3) from Australia to Rangoon with censor and/or Return to Sender cachets, and one later Estimate £ 100-120
