HELENA Covers and Cancellations 1892 (5 Oct.) envelope to France, bearing 1884-94 1d. red (2), 4d. sepia and 1890 11/2d. red-brown and green, each cancelled by cluster of arrowheads obliterator, showing red crayon "11/2", clear despatch c.d.s. and Paris transit c.d.s.
