4d. rose-carmine, watermark Large Garter, 6d. deep lilac, 1/- green, used together with 1d. ´stars´ on entire to Naples dated 25 August 1857, tied by neat black London Inland Office “20” numeral cancellations, the address panel showing French and Italian transit/arrival markings; the 1/- with some lightly stained and defective perfs. though in no way detracting from this extremely attractive four-colour franking which includes the three different values from this issue.
