1841 1d., examples showing fine to superb part strikes of Chard, Chatham and Gosport double-arc datestamps, another on piece with superb complete strike of the Bideford double-arc datestamp, also a single with very fine large part circular undated "pontypool", another with part blue Leeds d.s. and part London numeral, mostly with margins all round; some faults though none detracting from this very fine and attractive group.
