Town Datestamps 1841 1d. unplated, IL, margins all round, on entire (one side flap missing) to London, light black Maltese Cross and tied by superb strike of the red London Paid ´tombstone´ datestamp for 26 January 1843, very fine black circular undated "witheridge" and Crediton double-arc d.s. adjacent; adhesive with light bend and surface mark though still fine and very attractive.
