1840 2d. plate 2, NJ, margins three sides (just clipped at left), a deep shade, on large piece tied by very fine black Irish “39” numeral cancellation, the piece with blue “Arthur Street RH/Belfast” and part Belfast double-arc d.s. for 1 April 1845 (also in blue); adhesive with trace of bend/crease though not affecting the fine appearance.
