SC 14 2d. blue, plate 4, an almost complete plate reconstruction, 239 stamps (a few letterings missing and a few others duplicated), all used except one unused with part original gum, including BH ´spectacles´ variety, re-entries, five stamps with watermark inverted, mostly lightly or neatly cancelled by black numeral types (others with Scots Locals, one with numeral in blue); condition mixed by many good to fine and attractive.
