1854 (Feb.- Mar.) SC 16 1d. red-brown, plate 161, DA-EB block of four, unused with part original gum (a little disturbed); a few minor faults (mostly on reverse) but in no way detracting from this fresh, fine and very attractive block. Apparently unrecorded – S.G. Spec. Catalogue states that examples of this plate were thought to exist but in the absence of firm proof they are no longer listed – this block being proof positive of their existence. S.G. Spec. C1.
