Merchant's letter from London to Venice, addressed to Domino Laurentio, the letter content concerns a shipment of spices (including cinnamon and cloves - both extremely rare commodities in Britain at this date) together with details of ship departures from Genoa and Falamuda; light creases and faint negligible tone patch on address panel though in no way detracting from this fine, attractive and extremely rare early letter.
