R.M. 30: Jan: 1854), good very fine, the dated obverse extremely rare Estimate £ 1,400-1,800 Quarter Master Sergeant William Keating Cunningham enlisted in 81 Company, Chatham Division, the Royal Marines, at Rochester 19.12.1829; Corporal 1832: Sergeant and Colour Sergeant 1836; Quarter Master Sergeant 1846; received the medal and gratuity of £15 for Long Service and Good Conduct 19.1.1852; awarded the medal and annuity of £10 for Meritorious Service 15.2.1854; he was invalided 21.6.1854 after 24 years 6 months service.
