A Programme of the Aviation Meeting at Nice, 1910, An official programme, with card cover bearing a colour illustration of a Blériot aircraft over the Nice coastline and inscribed MEETING D'AVIATION 10-25 AVRIL 1910 PRIX: 1F, twenty-four pages, listing committee members, a schedule of daily events and competitions, a list of 14 contestants, with details of their aircraft, tables of identification symbols and signal codes, details of individual events and rules, the back cover bearing a map of the coastline from Cap Ferrat to Cannes; together with a stamped and cancelled picture postcard dated 1910 and depicting a Monoplane Blériot(2) Estimate £ 100-150 The Nice Meeting was the second Aviation Meeting to be held in France, following the Rheims event of 1909. In the course of the meeting six aircraft crashed into the sea.
