French Aeronautical Souvenirs A souvenir brooch in yellow metal, depicting a twin-engined biplane mounted on an oval inscribed DUNKERQUE 1914-1918, in its cardboard box with lid inscribed on the outside Bijouterie, Horlogerie Orfèurerie, Optique RÉGNIEZ, 27, Rue du Bourg AUBIGNY-EN-ARTOIS and bearing a label inside EN SOUVENIR DES COMBATS D'ARTOIS; two brooches of similar form, in white metal, one with oval inscribed AUBIGNY EN ARTOIS / SOUVENIR the other inscribed WIMEREUX; a bronze plaque, 21/4 in. x 3 1/8 in.
