The Commissioners for the Port of Calcutta, approximately 1000 x £100 debenture certificates, hand dated 27 August 1923, ornate red border, terms of the debenture in black text at centre, manuscript signatures of the Manager, Chairman and two Commissioners, embossed stamps, reverse two decorative red blocks at top, a Waterlow engraving, generally about extremely fine and quite attractive.
