†Sultans of Bengal, Mughith al-din Yuzbak (1254-57), light Tanka, 9.20g, Lakhnauti, AH654, reverse legend names caliph al-Musta'sim, and specifies that the coin was struck from the land tax of Azmardan and Nudia (G&G. B.76A; R.139), good very fine with attractive toning, extremely rare Estimate £ 900-1,100 provenance: ex. John Deyell collection. This is the only known coin of Yuzbak with this date according to Deyell.
