Sardinia 1854 (18 April) Third Issue 5c. verde vertical pair (good to large margins all round) with 20c. azzurro horizontal pair (touched to very large margins) on 1854 (7 Sep.) large part entire (one side flap missing) addressed to Annonay and redirected via the Lyon to Paris T.P.O. to Etretat, tied by Nizza Marittima c.d.s. Written from Nice, bears a good strike of the oval "consulate/de france/venice" in blue and displaying a range of transit c.d.s.
