Romagna 1859 (1 Sepember) Issue 4b. fulvo (good to large margins) and 5b. violetto (paying the registration fee, small to large margins) on 1860 (18 Jan.) commercial wrapper registered to Brescia, the adhesives affixed on flap which opens well for display, both tied by barred grilles with Bologna despatch c.d.s., straight-line "assicuratta" and company oval on face.
