Great Britain 1841 Two Pence Blue Plate 3, TJ, TK and TL (originally forming a strip), part selvedge at foot and TL at right, margins apparently all round on other sides, on entire letter to Basingstoke dated 10 July 1843, tied by good to fine strikes of the black number "12" in Maltese Cross, the address panel with light strike of the Basingstoke double-arc datestamp; fine and very attractive.
