Great Britain 1841 Two Pence Blue Plate 3, BE, margins all round, on entire letter (affixed at lower-left, contrary to regulations) to Penzance dated 17 September 1841, tied by somewhat indistinct strike of the black Maltese Cross, the address panel with manuscript "On HMS" and showing good strike of the blue Truro double-arc datestamp; adhesive with crease, probably occasioned prior to affixing, otherwise fine.
