Great Britain 1841 One Penny Red-Brown Plate 78, CG, good to very large margins, showing clear evidence of rouletting on three sides, on envelope to Ashburton dated 17 November 1848, tied by light strike of the black “285” numeral of Exeter, Exeter and Ashburton circular datestamps on reverse; some cover creasing and adhesive with corner crease though not detracting.
