Samson Destroying the Temple of Dagon. Rectangular plaquette, Verona ca. 1500. Bronze, 60.5 x 50.7mm. Samson at left pulling on the pilaster of a two-storied building, bringing the whole structure tumbling down, nude figures running through the fallen masonry. Bange 2821; Bode 1279; Paoletti II, 2, pl.140; Venice Museo Corer 97.
