Alessandro di Gino Vecchietti (1472-1532). Medal, ca. 1498. Bronze, 76.5mm. ALESSANDRO DI GINO VECCHIETTI, Bust right, cut hair mop, headdress and gown; ANNI 26 below, rev. PRIVS MORI QVAE TVRPARI on scroll held in the mouth of an ermine, Fortuna astride a dolphin left, holding up a billowing sail, radiant sunface in the sea before her.
